Services:  At this time, It is beyond the scope of this website to provide terms in this document for the services that we provide. Terms for our actual rendered services, including staging, furniture and accessory rental, video production, value added marketing services, or any other services that we provide, will be detailed in the contractual agreement that we sign with you upon entering into a service agreement.

Payment Terms:  In order to cover our costs during the time that we will be working on your project, Unless otherwise agreed, we must require that your total staging & design fees be paid up front and in advance in order to begin work.  We CANNOT accept personal or business checks.  Payment can be made in cash, U.S. postal money order, by cashers check drawn on a local bank, or via PayPal.  PayPal is our preferred payment method and you are fully protected under the PayPal Buyer Protection Program.  If you are paying with PayPal, you have the option to use a credit card - VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Etc., or pay by electronic check.  You DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to pay via credit or debit card, but payments made via PayPal that are funded from your checking account must be made using a verified account.   All payments must clear before work can begin.  For more information on this, visit http://www.paypal.com and read about account verification.  Interior Design projects will require payments for accessories and any other items that are purchased, either in advance of the purchases or at the time of delivery to your home, according to arrangements we will make with you prior to beginning your project.  Consultations require full payment, in advance.
